About Us

Vaibhav Enterprises is a Third Party Aggregator (TPA) operating under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. We specialize in facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and management of apprentices for partner organizations across India under:

NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)

NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for NAPS/NATS apprentices across multiple client organizations.

Understand client manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Coordinate with HR and training teams for apprentice deployment and onboarding.

Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for eligible candidates.

Maintain and update databases of candidates, institutions, and placement records.

Ensure compliance with NAPS/NATS guidelines, including portal entries and documentation.

Handle onboarding processes, joining formalities, and provide support to apprentices.

Liaise with government authorities, Regional Directorates, and Sector Skill Councils.

Prepare recruitment reports, MIS, and performance summaries.

Lead and manage a small team of recruiters/coordinators.

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).

1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in apprenticeship or skill development.

Strong understanding of NAPS/NATS processes, TPA operations, and compliance.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under target-driven environments.

Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms/portals.
